Coach Shane "Tolly" Tolleson sits down and talks through the come up in football, winning state titles at Denton Ryan, the move to Waxahachie as their head coach, building a first class program, and all the details along the way the show a commitment to the community, the program, and the men who are a part of it.
There are some great nuggets in here of leadership, transformation, inspiration, etc. But there is an unexpected nugget about workforce development, and how men who invest their time in a program like what Coach Tolly is building learn core values that the construction industry is searching for as it struggles to backfill its workforce. Perhaps the opportunity is ripe to saddle up with Coach Tolly and find employees who will build our future.
